Orders are processed Monday – Friday.

Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will begin processing the following business day.

Allow 2 business days from order date for your order to be processed, packed and shipped.

Please contact customer service as soon as possible after placing your order for assistance with cancellation and changes.

We are unable to cancel or make changes to orders once you receive your shipping confirmation email.
Returns & Exchanges

All purchases of discounted merchandise are final. No exchanges or refunds.

If the merchandise presents any defect, the exchange can be made for the same article, as long as it is in stock.

If your product does not arrive in good condition, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible at ventas@roancedesign.net to take the necessary measures. Defects caused to the merchandise due to misuse by the customer will not be subject to exchange or return.

The change of your product will be subject to its availability. If we do not have the size or style that you require, a change will be made for another available product or you will get credit for the value of the purchase to make it valid within a period of no more than 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

The maximum term to make an exchange or return of merchandise is 10 calendar days after receiving the product.

Return shipments for exchanges or returns are at the customer's expense.
